Our approach is to first of all, ensure that the right questions are being asked, secondly, to identify possible conflict between organisational structure, function and process (the ‘as is’), before proposing possible solutions. Our approach is to ensure that any solutions are business-driven, appropriate, affordable and achievable.   We can deliver the business case, and help obtain the necessary funding.

Business process analysis and change management

Frequently, organisations attempt to improve efficiency by reorganising. This disrupts and strains business processes leading to loss of performance. Business process comes first. Understanding how services are delivered currently, and how they might be rationalised and supported by information technology, are the right questions to answer. Business process automation opens the door to agility, organising resources around tasks, rather than assigning tasks to departments. We are able to offer advice, design and management of business process analysis and change. 

Project and programme management - change agents

We have extensive experience of designing and delivering complex projects and programmes from start to finish, addressing the full lifecycle from design, through procurement and contract management to delivery and benefits realisation. We also provide a programme turnaround service to realign and refocus projects and programmes that have lost their way.
We appreciate and can use design tools and methodologies, but we believe that the business comes first. It is important to present business solutions using business language.  

We are also experienced in bidding successfully for and managing joint ventures, and multi-partner pan-European projects between public and private sectors.
